Menopause the Musical is coming to the Marina Civic Center in Panama City, FL for one night only on Sunday, January 11th at 7:30 p.m.
Menopause The Musical Out Loud™: Breaking the Silence of Ovarian Cancer! is presented by the Jeanie C. Linders Fund. The musical is a spirited celebration of real women during an unsettling time in their lives called The Change! Menopause The Musical Out Loud™ brings together four women (Professional Woman, Earth Mother, Soap Star and Iowa Housewife) at a department store lingerie sale. These ladies have nothing in common but a black lace bra and hot flashes, night sweats, memory loss, chocolate binges, not enough sex, too much sex, plastic surgery and more! Menopause The Musical Out Loud™ joyfully and hilariously parodies over two dozen of the classic “baby boomer” songs of the ‘60s and ‘70s. The focus of the Out Loud tour is to increase awareness of the medical, social and emotional issues faced by millions of women battling ovarian cancer and to educate others about the disease. For a night of hysterical laughter, gather your friends and come to the show! A portion of the proceeds will benefit local and regional ovarian cancer chapters. Tickets are $40-50 with a great group discount rate available. Tickets on sale now at www.marinaciviccenter.com or call 850-763-4696!
